Rapicut Carbides Appoints S M R P & Associates as New Statutory Auditors

Rapicut Carbides Ltd announced the appointment of M/s S M R P & Associates as its new Statutory Auditors during the 49th Annual General Meeting held on September 26, 2026. This appointment follows the completion of the term for the previous auditors, KC Mehta & Co LLP, who served for five years until the conclusion of the 49th AGM. The new auditors, S M R P & Associates, will serve for a term of five consecutive years, from the conclusion of the 49th AGM until the conclusion of the 54th AGM. S M R P & Associates brings over 10 years of experience in various taxation and audit services.
