Rapid Investments Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Designated Persons

Rapid Investments Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company for designated persons. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct for Insiders. The trading window will remain closed from 1st January, 2025 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2025. The date of the Board meeting to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on 31st December, 2025 will be communicated later.
