RCF Appoints Dr. Krishna Kant Pathak as Govt Nominee Director

Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd (RCF) has announced the appointment of Dr. Krishna Kant Pathak (DIN: 08328847) as a Government Nominee Director on its Board. The appointment, made via a Circular Resolution on April 21, 2026, is effective immediately for a period of three years, or until his superannuation, or co-terminus with his posting in the Department of Fertilizers, whichever is earliest. Dr. Pathak, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) Officer of the 2001 batch, holds an M.A. and Ph.D. from Allahabad University. He currently serves as the Joint Secretary in the Department of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, and brings extensive experience in governance and public administration from various senior roles in both state and central governments.
