RCF Authorizes Contacts for Material Event Disclosure

Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd. (RCF) has disclosed the contact details of authorized personnel responsible for determining the materiality of events and information, and for making disclosures to stock exchanges under Regulation 30(5) of SEBI LODR. The authorized personnel include the Chairman & Managing Director, Director (Finance) & CFO, Director (Technical), Director (Marketing), and Executive Director (Legal & Company Secretary).
