Rasi Electrodes Ltd Appoints Secretarial Auditor for FY 2025-2026

Rasi Electrodes Ltd, a manufacturer and marketer of welding electrodes, co welding wire, and drawn wire, has appointed Mr. Gopikrishnan Madanagopal as the Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2025-2026. The appointment was made by the Board of Directors in a meeting held on 14th February 2026, following the recommendation of the Audit Committee. Mr. Madanagopal, a Practicing Company Secretary with 32 years of experience, will provide advisory and compliance solutions in corporate laws, statutory, and secretarial matters. The appointment is in line with the amended provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, which require a listed company to appoint a Secretarial Auditor for a period of 5 consecutive years.
