RateGain Wins Skills Transformation Award

RateGain Travel Technologies Ltd has been recognized at the People Matters Infini-T Awards India 2026 in the Skills Transformation (AI/Digital/Future Skills) category. The award acknowledges the company's efforts in building an AI-native workforce and embedding AI capabilities into employee learning, work processes, and value creation. RateGain's approach focuses on capability transformation, enabling employees to develop AI skills through structured learning, hands-on experimentation, and peer learning, supported by their unified learning platform, DELTA. During FY25-26, the program delivered over 15,000 learning hours to more than 5,600 learners, with 800+ employees enabled through AI capability programs.
