Rathi Bars Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, in accordance with the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will begin on April 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the announcement of the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. The date of the board meeting for the consideration and approval of the financial results will be communicated later.
