Rathi Steel And Power Delivers Strong Q3 FY26 Performance; Income Surges 51%, EBITDA Jumps 38%

Rathi Steel And Power Limited, one of the leading players in stainless steel long products and TMT bars, has announced its Unaudited Financial Results for Q3 & 9M FY26. The company reported a Total Income of 106.04 Cr in Q3 FY26, a significant increase of 51% compared to Q3 FY25. The EBITDA for Q3 FY26 stood at 1.91 Cr, a substantial jump of 38% compared to the same period last year. The company's strategic and diversified product portfolio, comprising Stainless Steel and TMT Rebars, has enabled it to maintain a healthy upward trajectory in revenue and strengthen its market positioning. For 9M FY26, the company reported Total Income of 2471.93 Cr, reflecting a growth of 32.67% compared to ₹ 355.70 Cr in the corresponding period last year. With improving capacity utilisation levels, the company is focused on building stronger momentum going forward. It achieved its highest ever monthly sales of approximately ¥77.45 Cr from its Ghaziabad unit in Q4 FY26, reflecting strong demand traction and execution capabilities.
