The total revenue for Q4 FY25 grew by 26% YoY to Rs. 149.57 crores, while the EBIDTA nearly doubled YoY to Rs. 8.06 crores. The company, founded by Lt. Sh P. C. Rathi Ji in 1971, has a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Ghaziabad with an installed capacity of 2,00,000 Metric Tonnes per annum. It is a leading brand in the reinforcement bars segment, particularly in North India, and a major player in the B to B segment for Stainless Steel Wire Rods across India. The company is known for its strong financial foundation and cost competitiveness, with the only Stainless Steel Wire Rod Company in India adopting 'direct charging technology'. It also has a strong focus on green initiatives and holds several certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BIS 1786, BIS 16651, BIS 2831, and CBAM. The company has modernized its plant and implemented cost optimization projects, and in March-April 2025, it recommenced operations at its TMT Rolling Mill division for the production of TMT bars.
