Rathi Steel Trading Window Closed for Q2 FY27 Results

Rathi Steel & Power Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is in effect from October 1, 2026, and will continue until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026. Additionally, the PAN of these individuals will be frozen via NSDL to restrict trading during this period, in compliance with SEBI regulations.
