Ratnabhumi Developers Board Meeting on Nov 5 to Approve Unaudited Results

Ratnabhumi Developers Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on November 5, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The meeting will also address any other business as decided by the board. In line with SEBI regulations, the trading window for company securities has been closed for designated persons from October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
