Ratnamani Metals Acquires Majority Stake in Ravi Technoforge, Alters Terms of Agreement

Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd. has acquired 80.017% of Ravi Technoforge Private Limited (RTL) and entered into a Master Amendment Agreement. The agreement alters certain terms, including the existing shareholders investing further capital to ensure their shareholding does not fall below 25% and the Company's shareholding not exceeding 75%. The Company has subscribed to 30,48,669 Equity Shares of RTL, diluting its shareholding from 80.017% to 75.00%. The cost of the subscription/acquisition exceeds the specified thresholds.
