Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd has announced August 11, 2026, as the cut-off date for remote e-voting for its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled to be held on August 18, 2026. Members entitled to vote electronically can do so from August 13, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. until August 17, 2026, at 5:00 P.M.
