Rattanindia Enterprises Limited conducted its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 24, 2026, via Video Conferencing. The meeting, which commenced at 04:30 PM IST and concluded at 05:17 PM IST, was held in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and relevant circulars from MCA and SEBI. The proceedings included the participation of the Chairman, Directors, Company Secretary, CFO, and Statutory Auditors.
