Ravalgaon Sugar Farm Appoints Secretarial Auditor for FY27

The Ravalgaon Sugar Farm Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. S.R. Padhye & Co. as the Secretarial Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. This decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on October 29, 2026. The meeting also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, and appointed Ms. Maahi Amit Ahuja as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective December 1, 2026. Additionally, M/s. Sandesh Kadam & Associates were re-appointed as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27.
