Ravelcare Ltd Appoints New Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

Ravelcare Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Alpesh Rajesh Bhatt as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (KMP) at its Board Meeting held on March 17, 2026. Mr. Bhatt is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has extensive experience in dealing with Secretarial Compliances and legal matters. The appointment is effective from the date of the meeting.
