Ravi Kumar Distilleries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons, their Immediate Relatives, and Connected Persons of the Company. The closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's Code of Conduct. The trading window will be closed from Wednesday, April 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the Company's audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
