Ravileela Granites Limited Closes Trading Window from January 1, 2026

Ravileela Granites Limited has announced that its trading window will be closed from the start of business hours on January 1, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor, and report trading by Insiders and Code of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information. The trading window will remain closed for all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and all connected persons until 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025.
