Ravindra Energy Associate EIM Partners CATL for LFP Cells

Ravindra Energy Ltd's associate company, Energy In Motion Limited (EIM), has entered into a Letter of Agreement (LOA) with Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL) for a supply partnership. CATL will supply 0.5 GWh of Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) cells and battery pack kits to EIM in India. These advanced battery systems, featuring upgraded CB7T0 cell Model & L324D06 battery pack platform, will be integrated into EIM's E-Tractor 4x2 Ashwa series, forming 400.6 kWh systems. EIM will be the launch customer for these new generation CATL battery systems in India, customized for high ambient temperatures and fitted into swappable battery boxes. EIM is expanding its electric heavy commercial vehicle ecosystem, including megawatt-scale charging/swapping stations, with a target of 40 operational stations by March 2027. CATL is the world's largest battery manufacturer with a significant global market share.
