Ravindra Energy Promoter Pledges 76.1 Lakh Shares

Ravindra Energy Limited's promoter, Khandepar Investments Pvt Ltd, has disclosed the creation of a pledge on 76,10,000 equity shares. These shares, with a face value of Rs. 10 each, were pledged with JM Financial Products Limited as security for a loan obtained by the company. This disclosure is made in compliance with SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The total promoter shareholding in the company is 9,98,95,154 equity shares (55.90%). The current encumbrance on promoter shares amounts to 23.63%.
