Ravindra Energy schedules 46th AGM for Sep 28, 2026

Ravindra Energy Ltd has announced the schedule for its 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM), set to take place on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 12:00 Noon. The meeting will be conducted virtually through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). Members will have the opportunity to cast their votes remotely via e-voting before the AGM and during the meeting. The cut-off date for entitlement to vote is September 21, 2026. The company also submitted its Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26.
