Raw Edge Industrial Solutions Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for regulating, monitoring, and reporting of trading by insiders. The trading window will be closed for all directors, officers, designated persons, and immediate relatives from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration of audited financial results will be communicated later.
