Trading Window Closure Announcement by Raw Edge Industrial Solutions Ltd for Q3 and Nine Months Ended on 31st December, 2025

Raw Edge Industrial Solutions Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all directors, officers, designated employees, and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by insiders. It is also pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from 1st January, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration of unaudited financial results will be communicated later.
