Raymond Allots 1.56 Lakh Shares Under ESOP 2023

Raymond Ltd has approved the allotment of 1,56,784 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each to eligible employees under the Raymond Employees Stock Option Plan 2023. These shares will be issued to the ESOP Trust, which will then facilitate their transfer to employees. This allotment increases the company's paid-up share capital from Rs. 66,57,37,310 to Rs. 66,73,05,150, comprising 6,67,30,515 equity shares. The exercise price per share was Rs. 377.14.
