Raymond Realty Subsidiary Gets ₹210 Cr Investment

Ten X Realty West Limited, a material wholly owned subsidiary of Raymond Realty Limited, has executed an Investment Agreement with ICICI Prudential Real Estate Development Fund. The investor will inject ₹210 Crores into TXRWL to facilitate the redevelopment of a project in the MMR region. This transaction does not impact the management or control of the listed holding company and is not considered a related party transaction. Securities have not yet been issued, and further intimation will be provided upon issuance.
