JTL Defence Board Approves AGM Date, Director Appointments

JTL Defence Limited's Board of Directors met on August 29, 2026, approving key decisions including the re-appointment of Mr. Pranav Singla as Managing Director and the appointment of Mr. Deevesh Bhojia as Whole-time Director. The 35th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 23, 2026, to be held via Video-Conferencing.
