The acquisition aims to complete and commercialize a 6.3 MW solar plant project located in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, which holds a Power Purchase Agreement with Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL). Post-acquisition, RDB Infrastructure will hold 100% of Arankam Green Energy, a Special Purpose Vehicle focused on long-term solar power purchase agreements in India. The Binding Term Sheet is valid for 90 days, with the acquisition expected to be completed within a reasonable period following definitive agreements and necessary approvals.
