RDB Infrastructure And Power Ltd has executed a slump sale agreement for the sale of its non-agricultural leasehold land to Samprati Buildcon Private Limited for a lumpsum consideration of Rs. 60,00,00,000/-. The land, situated within the limits of Surat Municipal Corporation, measures 10667.52 sq. mtrs and was approved for sale by members in an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on 29th March, 2025. The sale is expected to be completed by 13th October, 2025, with Rs. 1,00,00,000/- received and the rest to be received within 6 months from the date of execution. The sale is outside the scheme of arrangement and is not a related party transaction. The rationale behind the sale is to enhance liquidity and maintain a strong cash position to support the company's operations and strategic objectives.
