RDB Infrastructure And Power Ltd to Incorporate Naar Projects Private Limited with 26% Equity Shareholding

RDB Infrastructure And Power Ltd, formerly known as RDB Realty & Infrastructure Limited, has announced the incorporation of Naar Projects Private Limited. The proposed company will have an authorized capital of Rs. 15,00,000/- and a paid-up capital of Rs. 1,00,000/-. RDB Infrastructure And Power Ltd will acquire 26% equity shareholding in Naar Projects Private Limited, making it an associate company. The acquisition will be done at arm’s length price. The project tender terms mandated the incorporation of a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for implementation and execution of the project, hence the incorporation of Naar Projects Private Limited.
