RDB Infrastructure Director Raju Singh Ceases Board Position

RDB Infrastructure And Power Ltd announced that Mr. Raju Singh, Director (DIN: 09117852), has ceased to be a Director on the Board of the Company. This follows his retirement by rotation at the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 26, 2026. Mr. Singh did not seek re-appointment, and the board decided not to fill the resulting vacancy. This change is effective from the conclusion of the 20th AGM.
