RDB Rasayans Ltd. has approved the un-audited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2025. The meeting was held on 10th February, 2026, and the results were prepared in accordance with the Indian Accounting Standard 34 and other accounting principles generally accepted in India. The company's total income for the nine-month period was Rs. 13,543.28 lakhs, with a profit before tax of Rs. 2,789.88 lakhs. The results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.
