Real Eco-Energy Ltd Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading Regulations Compliance

Real Eco-Energy Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in reference to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018. The closure will be effective from 1st January, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2025. This move is to ensure compliance with the insider trading regulations and to prevent designated persons and their immediate relatives from trading in securities when the trading window is closed.
