REC Ltd Incorporates Wholly Owned Subsidiary - Ambernath Power Transmission Limited

REC Ltd has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary, Ambernath Power Transmission Limited, pursuant to an order issued by the Government of Maharashtra. The new company has been set up for the establishment of 400/220 kV GIS Ambernath in Thane. REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of REC Limited, has been appointed as the Bid Process Coordinator (BPC) for the selection of a bidder for this project. After the selection of the successful bidder, Ambernath Power Transmission Limited will be transferred to them along with all assets and liabilities.
