REC Ltd Incorporates Wholly Owned Subsidiary Balsane Power Transmission Limited

REC Ltd has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary, Balsane Power Transmission Limited, pursuant to an order from the Government of Maharashtra. The new company is incorporated for the establishment of 765/400/220kV AIS Balsane (Dist. Dhule). REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of REC Limited, has been appointed as the Bid Process Coordinator (BPC) for the selection of a bidder for the project. After the selection of the successful bidder, Balsane Power Transmission Limited will be transferred to the successful bidder along with all assets and liabilities.
