REC Ltd Subsidiary, Jalna Power Transmission Limited, Incorporated for 400/132 kV Jalna Project

REC Ltd has informed about the incorporation of its new wholly owned subsidiary, Jalna Power Transmission Limited. The new company has been incorporated pursuant to the Government of Maharashtra Order dated April 9, 2025, for the Establishment of 400/132 kV Jalna (Dist. Jalna). REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL) has been appointed as the Bid Process Coordinator (BPC) for the selection of the bidder for this project. After the selection of the successful bidder, Jalna Power Transmission Limited will be transferred to the successful bidder along with all assets and liabilities. Jalna Power Transmission Limited is a related party of the REC Limited, with the promoter, promoter group/ group companies having no interest in the company except to the extent of its shareholding.
