REC Ltd Subsidiary, SR WR Power Transmission Limited, Incorporated for Inter-Regional Strengthening

REC Ltd, through its wholly owned subsidiary REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL), has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary, SR WR Power Transmission Limited. The new company has been incorporated pursuant to a Ministry of Power Gazette Notification dated May 21, 2025, where RECPDCL was nominated as Bid Process Coordinator (BPC) for the Inter-Regional Strengthening between SR Grid and WR Grid. SR WR Power Transmission Limited is a related party of REC Limited, with the promoter, promoter group/group companies having no interest in the company except for its shareholding.
