Recode Studios Approves Final Dividend of ₹0.25 Per Share

The Board of Directors of Recode Studios Ltd approved a final dividend of ₹0.25 per equity share with a face value of ₹10 each, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This dividend, amounting to approximately ₹26.61 Lakhs, is recommended on 1,06,44,344 fully paid-up equity shares and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The board meeting, which commenced at 03.00 PM (IST) and concluded at 04.55 PM (IST), also approved the standalone audited financial results for the same period.
