Reetech International Board Meeting on Nov 4 for Unaudited Results

Reetech International Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on November 4, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the half-year ended September 30, 2026. The meeting will also review the Limited Review Report for the same period. Concurrently, the company will close its trading window for designated persons and their relatives from November 4, 2026, until 48 hours after the board meeting concludes, in compliance with SEBI's Insider Trading Regulations.
