Reetech International Cargo and Courier Ltd Enters Investment Agreement with A.I.M. Infrastructure

Reetech International Cargo and Courier Ltd has executed an investment agreement with M/s A.I.M. Infrastructure on August 29, 2024. The agreement is for investing in the development of the 'Schedule A' Property for the construction of flats and development of plots. The partner of AIM Infrastructure, Mr. Anil Kumar Harchandani, is the spouse of Mrs. Anita Harchandani, a promoter of Reetech international cargo and courier limited. However, the transaction is not a related party transaction and there is no potential conflict of interest arising out of the Agreement.
