The total consideration for this contract is approximately ₹40.42 Crore, inclusive of GST. This order signifies a new business win for RIL in the logistics and transportation sector, contributing to its order book and revenue streams over the next year. The company confirmed that there is no interest from promoters or group companies in the awarding entity, and the transaction is not considered a related party transaction.
