Refex Industries Bags ₹40.83 Cr Ash Transportation Contract

Refex Industries Limited (RIL) has secured a significant slab-wise rate contract for ash transportation services to road construction projects. The contract, awarded by a Maharatna Company (a Central Public Sector Enterprise), involves excavating and transporting pond ash to NHAI and other government road projects. The scope includes loading, transportation in covered vehicles with spillage controls, and unloading at designated sites. This domestic contract is valued at approximately ₹40.83 Crore (including GST) and is to be executed over a period of 12 months. The company has confirmed no promoter interest in the awarding entity and that the transaction is not a related party transaction.
