Refex Industries Declares Unaudited Q1 FY27 Results

Refex Industries Limited announced its un-audited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved the standalone and consolidated financial results, along with the Limited Review Reports from statutory auditors M/s A B C D & Co LLP. The results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee. The company also informed about the re-classification of Ms. Lalitha Uthayakumar from President – Refrigerant Gas Business to General Manager – Accounts, effective August 01, 2026, due to the discontinuation of the Refrigerant Gas Business. Consequently, she will cease to be a Senior Managerial Personnel.
