Refex Industries Q2 FY27 Revenue Up 36.1% to ₹560 Cr

Refex Industries Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. For Q2 FY27, the company reported a revenue from operations of ₹559.5 crore, a 36.1% year-on-year increase. EBITDA stood at ₹90.5 crore, up 21.7% YoY, and Profit After Tax (PAT) was ₹59.5 crore, a 13.1% increase YoY. For the half-year ended H1 FY27, revenue grew by 54.7% to ₹1,178.8 crore, and PAT increased by 55.4% to ₹133.2 crore. Key operational highlights include securing new orders worth ₹346 crore in the Ash & Coal Business, with an orderbook of ₹1,721 crore, and entering the RMC business with a capital-light model. The Venwind Business achieved revenue of ₹201 crore in Q2FY27 and ₹499 crore in H1FY27. The company is also progressing with the proposed demerger of its RGML business.
