Refex Industries Ltd's Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share with a face value of ₹2 each, which is equivalent to 50% for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This recommendation is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
