Regaal Resources faces ₹20.67 Lakh RoC penalties for compliance lapses

Regaal Resources Ltd has received orders from the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata, imposing penalties totaling ₹11,17,000 on the company and ₹9,50,000 on its officers in default. The penalties, issued on October 5, 2026, stem from suo moto applications for adjudication under the Companies Act, 2013. Violations include delays in constituting the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee due to delayed Independent Director appointments, and a 107-day delay in dematerializing shares issued physically to a promoter. The company states there will be no material impact on its financial operations or other activities.
