Regal Entertainment Announces Rights Issue of Equity Shares worth Rs 817.18 Lakh

Regal Entertainment & Consultants Ltd has approved the issue of equity shares on a rights basis to the eligible shareholders. The Right Issue Committee has considered and approved the terms of the Rights Issue, which includes the issuance of 58,36,990 fully paid-up Equity Shares for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 817.18 lakh. The Rights Issue Price is X14/- per Equity Share, including a share premium of 4/- per Equity Share. The Record Date is set for 25th March, 2026 and the Rights Issue period is from 19th March to 20th April, 2026.
