Regal Entertainment: Blue Ocean & PACs raise stake to 20.24% via Rights Issue

Blue Ocean Strategic Advisors Private Limited, along with persons acting in concert (PACs) Northern Lights Ventures Private Limited and Nisha Gupta, acquired additional equity shares in Regal Entertainment & Consultants Limited. This acquisition, executed through a Rights Issue, increased their combined shareholding from 1.50% to 20.24% of the company's total equity share capital. The disclosure was made pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Post-Rights Issue, Regal Entertainment's equity share capital expanded from 30,72,100 shares to 89,09,090 shares.
