Regal Entertainment: Reshma Chandwani & PACs' stake rises to 7.76% via Rights Issue

Regal Entertainment & Consultants Ltd has received a disclosure under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Reshma Chandwani, along with Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) Chander Chandwani and Anchal Chandwani, acquired additional equity shares through a Rights Issue. Prior to this acquisition, the acquirer group held 1,45,150 shares, representing 1.62% of the total voting capital. Following the acquisition of 5,46,487 shares via the Rights Issue, their combined holding now stands at 6,91,637 shares, which constitutes 7.76% of the company's total voting capital. The acquisition date was April 22, 2026.
