Regency Ceramics Appoints Brahmayya & Co. as Internal Auditor

Regency Ceramics Ltd has appointed M/s. Brahmayya & Co., a Practicing Chartered Accountants Firm, as its Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, in accordance with Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013. The board also approved the standalone audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The trading window has been closed from April 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results.
