Befound Movement Board Approves Director Regularization

The Board of Directors of Befound Movement Ltd approved the regularization of Ms. Sakshi Dubey as a Non-Executive Independent Director and changed the designation of Mr. Rajesh Balbir Kapoor from Managing Director and CFO to only Managing Director. They also approved the Postal Ballot Notice and appointed M/s. NVB & Associates as the Scrutinizer for the e-voting process, which will take place from May 27, 2026, to June 25, 2026.
